I am a business and want 30 days credit?
In order to keep our costs down we don't offer credit, so genuine customers don't have to bare the cost of less scrupulous customers. Most people are able to get 30 days plus credit on a credit card if this is a problem. Plus if for any reason you are still unsure about purchasing from us, your credit card insures your purchase against anyone who doesn't deliver or delivers faultly goods....which we don't!

How quickly will I receive my order?
Please allow 5 days for delivery. If paying by cheque then please allow an additional 4 days for the cheque to clear. You can contact us anytime about the status of your order by emailing customerservices@MicroscanAlarms.co.uk in some cases if the software is not a current version its not always in stock and may take us a few days to source it, but we will always keep you up to date on the progress of your order.
Is paying online safe?
Very, we have 128 bit PGP encryption. When you get to the stage of entering your credit card details you will notice a new browser window opens with the padlock symbol closed, the global standard for online security. For even more information visit the Visa website
Can I have my order delivered to an address different to the billing address for my credit card?
Yes. We recognise that there is not always someone home to collect your orders and its easier to have them sent to another address such as your work address.
How do you send out your orders?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Initial City Link depending on weight and value. In either case a signature is required.
