Warranties

Wipe Out! IS WARRANTED TO THE EXTENT OF USER SATISFACTION. SHOULD THE PURCHASER NOT BE DELIGHTED WITH THEIR PURCHASE OF THE Wipe Out! CD REPAIR KIT, THEY ARE ASKED TO RETURN IT TO THE OUTLET WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED FOR A FULL REFUND, WHICH WILL IN TURN BE GIVEN TO THE OUTLET BY TRADING DIRECT LIMITED SO LONG AS THE PRODUCT WAS SUPPLIED TO THE OUTLET BY TRADING DIRECT LIMITED.

Wipe Out! IS A NON-TOXIC SUBSTANCE. However, it should be kept out of the reach of children. Wipe Out! contains active ingredients from the acetone family (smells like nail polish remover). It should be kept away from flame or fire as it is a flammable substance. WIPE OUT! IS A SAFE AND EFFECTIVE PRODUCT WHICH MUST BE USED ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS AND WITH PROPER CARE.

In no event shall Esprit Development Corporation or any of its subsidiaries, nor Trading Direct Limited, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to, lost data or profits), or any other damages whatsoever, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, under any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this product.
